TRENDRAY and JIUCHENG are two core brands under the same group, committed to the deep development and manufacturing of polycarbonate (PC) materials since 2002. Over the past 23 years, we have built a complete industrial chain covering R&D, production, processing, and global marketing. Below is the path we have traveled together:
Phase 1: Foundation (2002–2011)
2002 – Founded Shanghai Yijing Building Materials Co., Ltd., entering the PC industry and establishing a foothold in Shanghai.
2009 – Founded Shanghai JIUCHENG Rubber & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., launching an e-commerce department to expand nationwide through online channels.
2010 – Formed a 60+ professional project team, successfully undertaking large infrastructure projects like the Chongqing Nanchuan Stadium; established a PC sheet processing division specializing in police shields and high-speed rail components.
2011 – Set up an international trade team and imported the first PC U-profile skylight production line, taking the first step toward globalization.
Phase 2: R&D and Expansion (2012–2017)
2012 – Founded Shanghai CHENGCHENG Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. to focus on new product R&D, securing multiple patents and system certifications.
2013 – Founded Yuyao JIUCHENG New Material Technology Co., Ltd., adding four new PC extrusion lines to significantly boost capacity.
2014–2016 – Expanded the distributor network to over 100 domestic and international partners.
2017 – Introduced world-class Italian OMIPA PC extrusion equipment, aligning product quality with European standards.
Phase 3: Independent Manufacturing and Brand Upgrade (2018–2020)
2018 – Invested in a self-owned plant covering 7,600 m² and introduced production lines from SABIC and Original German Bayer (Covestro), achieving world-class manufacturing capabilities.
2019 – Successfully developed multiple innovative products, including 40mm ultra-thick structural panels for curtain walls and high-wave roofing sheets for daylighting systems.
2020 – Founded Yuyao TRENDRAY New Material Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on serving the global high-end market with a renewed brand image.
Phase 4: Industry Benchmark and Global Vision (2021–Present)
2021–2024 – Established an in-house machinery division,引进 advanced European sheet manufacturing technology, achieving self-development of core equipment; several products remain unique in China. TRENDRAY sheets have been specified for landmark projects such as the Kaifeng Stadium in Henan and the French Pavilion at the Shanghai Expo.
